Mr. J Medeiros is one of a growing breed of socially concious hip-hop artists who are choosing to use their craft to provoke thoughtful discussion about important issues rather than ogling women and expensive cars. This particular song and video is particularly striking as it addresses the issue of human trafficking and child exploitation via the internet.
